We guarantee that all our products are meticulously processed and each item is carefully checked by the individual quality departments.
Prices are correct at the time of uploading, however we reserve the right to change them at any time without any prior notification (especially if due to currency fluctuation).
All items are described accurately and where possible several photographic images will be provided for your decision making. Please note that minor colour and size variations are to be expected as photographs display differenlty on each computer screen and also because all our products are handmade and therefore no two items are exactly the same. If in doubt please ask us and we shall be more than happy to talk to you or send you more photographs via email.

We recommend the purchase of tester pots where applicable and performing a patch test on your skin (for cosmetics). If no reaction occurs and you like the product, you can continue using it. Cebra accepts no responsibility for incorrect use of information or products. All representations relating to the purpose of use are excluded to the full extent permitted by law and we accept no liability. Storage of skincare products: most items should be stored at room temperature i.e. above 15 and below 25 degree centigrade, not in the fridge and not near a heat source i.e. a radiator. Please keep all skincare products out of direct sunlight as this destroys the products composition and rapidly alters the quality. Advise for pregnant women: hormone levels change during pregnancy and skin and hair therefore reacts differently to products. Essential oils should be avoided during the first 3 months of pregnancy. If you are pregnant and/or want advise on any of our cosmetic products then please ask before placing your order - this avoids confusion and disappointment. We are happy to assist as best as we can however products purchased with a specific purpose in mind can not be returned once opened and we cannot make recommendations if we are not aware of your circumstances (however we cannot give any medical or therapeutic advise).
Payment details and returns & refund policy
We accept credit and debit cards via the secure gateway, payment over the phone, personal and company cheques and we process payments through Paypal as well as Sagepay and Google Checkout. Paypal payments will be made to our registered business name 'Cebra ethical chic' and this will be reflected on the Paypal payment page.
Should any item be found to have a defect we will repair or replace your purchase provided the item has not been damaged as a result of excessive wear and tear, improper treatment or non adherence to cleaning and care advice. Antique jewellery may not be perfect as it can be anything from fifty to one thousand years old. However, imperfection is part of its charm and if you don't like a product from this category we are happy to take it back. Any other items including. jewellery but excluding skin care products: we are happy to either refund excl. any delivery charges or exchange or part exchange them for other products (exchange delivery charges apply). If you are not sure whether you are allergic to essential oils or any other ingredient in our skin care products then we recommend you either purchase a trial size or phone us to discuss your requirements.
Items (with the exception of skincare and cosmetics which are excluded from returns due to hygiene reasons) must be returned with proof of date of purchase (quote your invoice no) within 7 days of receipt and in undamaged condition for a refund. Postal charges for sending an exchange order apply (at cost).
This does not affect your statutory rights of a 7 day cooling off period whereby you have the right to cancel an order and/or return goods for a refund excluding any delivery charges (and, as we offer free delivery on orders over £75 and if you choose this option, we shall charge our initial postal fees at cost and deduct these from your refund) within 7 days of receipt of the goods as long as they are unused and in their original packaging.
All return postage is at customer's expense.
Please do not order handbags and jewellery just for a special occasion like a wedding only to return them just before the final return date. It is not fair towards us and our artisans who spend a long time making these items and who will inevitably be affected by such behaviour. We very much appreciate your custom and want to offer exceptional products at affordable prices however we will not be able to offer a 30 day return guarantee if we find that this policy is being abused.
Note: reduced and special offer products are not covered by our 28 day exchange guarantee however your statutory rights are not affected by this (you may cancel an order up to 7 days after placing it and return the item you ordered for a full refund or in exchange for another product). Reduced and special offer items are clearly marked as such by a line through the RRP and an alternative "our price".
Russia: we regret we cannot offer a delivery guarantee and therefore compensation for loss in the post. There are currently no couriers delivering to Russia and the Russian post is unreliable.

Your personal information is collected solely for the purpose of our own administration and credit card processing. We do not sell this information to third parties. From time to time we may send you information about new products we have on offer. You can opt out from this service by emailing or writing to us.
If you have any queries, complaints or suggestions we are happy to hear from you. We respond to your emails and telephone enquiries within one working day. Postal enquiries can take up to one week, depending on receipt of your query.
