Disclaimer for cosmetic products
All data, facts & references on our website are provided for information purposes only and are not intended to diagnose, prescribe or replace the advice of professionals. By purchasing our products you accept responsibility to check with a professional before using any products that may interfere with drugs or medical conditions. We recommend the purchase of tester pots where applicable and performing a patch test on your skin. If no reaction occurs and you like the product, you can continue using it. Cebra accepts no responsibility for incorrect use of information or products. All representations relating to purpose of use are excluded to the full extent permitted by law and we accept no liability.
Payment details and returns & refund policy
We accept credit and debit cards via the secure gateway, payment over the phone, personal and company cheques and we process payments through Paypal as well as Google Checkout. Paypal payments will be made to our registered business name "Sabine Oppenlander Associates" and this will be reflected on the Paypal payment page. Personal cheques must be supported by a cheque guarantee card and orders will not be sent out until cheques have cleared (5 - 7 working days).
Should any item be found to have a defect we will repair or replace your purchase provided the item has not been damaged as a result of excessive wear and tear, improper treatment or non adherence to cleaning and care advice. Antique jewellery may not be perfect as it can be anything from fifty to one thousand years old. However, imperfection is part of its charm and if you don't like a product from this category we are happy to take it back. Any other items including. jewellery but excluding skin care products and excluding. bespoke garments that are not to your liking or because they caused an allergy: we are happy to either refund or exchange or part exchange them for other products. If you are not sure whether you are allergic to essential oils or any other ingredient in our skin care products then we recommend you either purchase a trial size or phone us to discuss your requirements. Items must be returned with proof of date of purchase (quote your invoice no) within 30 days of receipt and in undamaged condition. We do not take any responsibility for items that are lost in the post. If you paid for Special Delivery and an item was damaged during transit then we will refund you your order in full including return postage as you will have been insured for loss and damage in transit.. All return postage is at customer's expense.
Delivery terms and times
We aim to process and send out your order within 24 hours. We send out your order via 2nd class Royal Mail in which case we don't take responsibility for loss or damage in transit. You can order and pay for Special Delivery or courier in which case items are insured for up to £500 if delivered via Royal Mail and up to £50 if delivered via courier. UK Orders for £75 and above are delivered with Special Delivery at no extra cost. Orders placed over a weekend or bank holiday will be processed the following working day. If an item is out of stock, we will contact you immediately to arrange an alternative date or a refund. First Class Mail, Special Delivery and overseas deliveries are charged at cost according to weight and deliveries are made via airmail or courier (depending on the weigt).
Please note that we use surface mail for back orders wherever possible, in order to minimise environmental damage due to air pollution. This means that if a product is on back order, delivery times can take 6 - 8 weeks. It is therefore advisable to place your order well before a special date (i.e. Christmas or birthdays). If you are not happy with this delivery method, then let us know and we speed up your order by using airmail or DHL for import (and for sending goods to overseas destinations where applicable) and against a surcharge (see above).
Antique tribal jewellery items are unique. We aim to source similar items, however no two products are exactly the same. Should an item have sold to someone else after you placed your order, we reserve the right to email you and offer you another product.
Items delivered to a non-EU address may be subject to import duties or VAT which you will have to take into account when ordering from us.
Postage and packaging charges
Postage and packaging charges are based on weight and country of destination and are free to mainland UK if you choose 2nd class postal delivery. Alternatively choose 1st Class Royal Mail or Special Delivery if you order is urgent. Delivery charges are based on weight and charged at cost.
Where items are delivered by Royal Mail special delivery or courier you will be emailed a tracking number together with the relevant contact details for the courier company (tracking website and/or telephone number). In addition you may email Cebra to enquire about the status of your delivery at any time. We regret that we cannot offer this service for uninsured Royal Mail first or second class delivery.
Data Protection policy
Your personal information is collected solely for the purpose of our own administration and credit card processing. We do not sell this information to third parties. From time to time we may send you information about new products we have on offer. You can opt out from this service by emailing or writing to us.
If you have any queries, complaints or suggestions we are happy to hear from you. We respond to your emails and telephone enquiries within one working day. Postal enquiries can take up to one week, depending on receipt of your query.
