Ordering
Should an item be out of stock then you will receive an email advising you about available delivery times. We generally aim to send out orders Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, however if a skincare product for example needs to be freshly made (which most do...) then delivery can take a little longer. Please bear with us - in return you will receive a completely fresh handmade item your skin will thank you for.
If your order is urgent and you paid for guaranteed delivery then this will be processed and sent out the same day if your order was placed before 1pm. Otherwise it will be sent out the next working day. Skincare items are freshly made and our turnaround time is generally 48 hours as they are handmade fresh to order - next day guaranteed delivery therefore is not possible on these items.
Delivery
UK deliveries: we deliver to any UK postal address, however all Islands, Northern Ireland and North of Scotland are only served by Royal Mail. Courier Delivery is via our chosen courier service at the time as standard and takes 1 - 2 days (mainland UK only). We also offer recorded first class Royal Mail or Special delivery Royal Mail (please note our processing times). If your order is lost or damaged in transit then the goods are insured up to a value of £39, £50 or £500 depending on the delivery service you have chosen.
A signature may be required on receipt unless you want your parcel to be left in a safe place in case you are out and cannot sign for delivery (UK Home delivery service only).
Returns are only accepted once after the 7 day cooling off period. This means you have 7 days to return an order for your money back or 28 days for an exchange of your order. Any further requests for an exchange may be charged for delivery (UK customers).
For our overseas customers postage is via Royal Mail Airsure insured up to £39 and charged according to the weight of the parcel. A signature is required on receipt. For higher value orders you may take out insurance up to £500 which requires a signature on receipt of your order. This means your goods will be trackable during transit and they will be fully insured. Please note that there may be customs and import duties payable by you over which we have no control. Deliveries to Europe are now available with a 48 hour service through Parcelforce, however if your order is non urgent you may click on international deliveries for a cheaper alternative.
As mentioned above delivery times vary between next day and at least 5 working days for Airmail. You will receive another email once your order has been processed and your goods have been dispatched.
Returns
You have the right to return or cancel your order within 7 days of receipt provided the goods are unused and unopened. If you find that certain items arrived with a fault that was not caused during transit then we will take the order back and make amends by either sending you a replacement or refunding you. In that case your return postage will also be fully refunded.
Any other returns are at the risk and cost of the customer. Please obtain proof of posting so that in the event of loss you may claim for your lost parcel with your local post office (up to £39 for UK based customers only).
After the 7 days cooling off period you have a further 21 days where you may return items for an exchange for another item. This excludes skincare products and certain items of jewellery such as earrings which we cannot exchange for hygiene and safety reasons. Return postage and safe arrival of the item is your responsibility. Again please ask for proof of posting at your post office or send the item with guaranteed delivery.
If you decide to return an order then please make sure you either quote your order number or include your invoice so that we can deal with any replacements quickly and efficiently.
We regret that we cannot enter into any phone communication in regards to exchanges or refunds once items have been returned. Our chosen form of communciation for legal reasons in this case is either email or via letter post. However, if you have any questions before returning goods then we are happy to take your phone call and advice you about your options.
Your statutory rights are not affected by the above.
