Liqorice acts as an adrenal tonic, supporting the reduction in cortisol levels. Cortisol is secreted during times of stress and causes fluid retention as well.
Siberian Ginseng is also an adaptogen. It functions by inhibiting the stress response in the body by reducing the activity of the adrenal cortex.

Directions:
30 ml or three times 10 ml daily in 4 parts of water
Cautions:
Do not use in pregnancy.
Lemon Balm should not be used if on Thyroxine. Liqorice may increase blood pressure, do not use if hypertensive.
