30 Day Money Back Guarantee - Details

Should any item be found to have a defect we will repair or replace your purchase provided the item has not been damaged as a result of excessive wear and tear, improper treatment or non adherence to cleaning and care advice. Antique jewellery may not be perfect as it can be anything from fifty to one thousand years old. However, imperfection is part of its charm and if you don't like a product from this category we are happy to take it back. Any other items including jewellery that are not to your liking or because they caused an allergy: we are happy to either refund or exchange or part exchange them for other products within 30 days.

If you are not sure whether you are allergic to essential oils or any other ingredient in our skin care products then we recommend you either purchase a trial size or phone us to discuss your requirements. For reasons of hygiene we regret that we cannot refund or exchange any of our skin, beauty or health care products. Please contact us if if you need any advice.

Bespoke garments: we regret that these are exempt from our 30 days return guarantee as these would have been made to your specific requirements. Your statutory rights are not affected by this (if an item is faulty then we shall of course accept your return without any quibbles).
Any other garments that you order from our regular size chart and that you wish to return for whatever are covered by our 30 day return guarantee, subject to them being undamaged, unworn and properly packaged.

Items must be returned with proof of date of purchase (quote your invoice no) within 30 days of receipt and in undamaged condition. We do not take any responsibility for items that are lost in the post. If you paid for Special Delivery and an item was damaged during transit then we will refund you your order in full including return postage as you will have been insured for loss and damage in transit. Please contact us for an RMA number before returning your goods as this helps us in speeding up your claim. All return postage is at customer's expense.
